ROUND UP

When our members voluntarily have their electric bill "rounded-up" to the nearest dollar, they are participating in a charitable program that provides a financial donation to individuals in need. 

The Round-Up Program rounds your utility bill to the next dollar. By enrolling, your spare change can help to make a tremendous difference in the lives of other Coos-Curry Electric Cooperative members who may be having difficulty paying their electric bills. Help us help others through the Round-Up program. 
 
By signing up, your electric bill is ‘rounded up’ to the next highest whole dollar amount and the difference is put into a fund administered by Oregon Coast Community Action. For instance, if your actual electric bill is $83.87, it will be rounded up to $84. The additional 13 cents provides monetary assistance for those in need.
 
Average contributions are about $6 per year, and never exceed 99 cents in a single month. Individually, the amount contributed to Round Up may not seem significant, but put this change together and it can go a long way in making a difference in our communities.
